Our care model is designed to give patients more time, better access, and a stronger relationship with their physician. Appointment frequency is based on medical need, care plan phase, and physician recommendation. Functional medicine programs include a defined schedule of visits so patients receive the right level of support while allowing the practice to maintain high-quality access for all members. Weekly physician visits are not included in standard memberships unless specifically included in a premium care plan or separately arranged.
